Once you've selected a sailing, the group leader must secure their individual booking with a deposit within 10 days after the sailing has been identified. Once the cabin is secured we'll create a custom booking page for your guests with all the necessary information about the itinerary, sailing date, cabins, and payment options.

Our easy-to-use system, complete with automatic monthly reminders, makes it simple for each member to pay for their portion of the trip.

We'll also send each booked member an email with helpful tips on booking excursions, internet packages, cheer packages, specialty dining, and packing advice.
Booking a group trip on a Carnival cruise offers a range of benefits and the opportunity to create lasting memories with loved ones. With Playtime Travel Co. handling all the details for just $25, planning a group cruise has never been easier. It's important to note, the group leader must secure their individual booking within 10 days of deciding on the sailing.
Once this is done, we will create a custom booking link for the rest of the group. The group will have up to 20 days to secure their cabin after the booking link is shared to ensure the locked in pricing. AGAIN, Please note that the custom booking link will not be created until the group leader secures their cabin. No exceptions.
